are a just a few of the simple, yet elegant cakes I have made. I have been decorating and designing cakes for 37 years, a
passion that begun when I was sixteen. I have worked with many wonderful designers, perhaps not famous and in magazines, but
some that should have been.
I have worked with awesome people, and learned from each of them. From San Antonio, to right here in South Carolina. I have
also taught some awesome people, and hope that I have left them with something that they can make memories of with their friends
