Your wedding day is one of the most treasured memories that you and your family
will hold. It is a day of hopes and dreams, and therefore you should have the cake that marks the occasion. The pictures here
are a just a few of the simple, yet elegant cakes I have to offer. I have been decorating and designing cakes for 34 years,
a passion that begun when I was sixteen. I have worked with many wonderful designers, perhaps not famous and in magazines,
but some that should have been.
Designs, sizes, and colors can be made to suit the newlyweds tastes and desires. Flavors available are: Wedding white, Butter
yellow, Decadant chocolate, Lucious lemon and Amazing marble, Carrot and a southern favorite...Red Velvet. You may mix flavors
for each tier. Icings range from Snow white buttercream,a traditional favorite, or Cream Cheese, off white color and absolutely
delicious with carrot, chocolate and red velvet! Or, you may choose Fondant, with the beautiful porcelain
finish. I can also accomodate your taste buds with fillings to compliment cake flavors of each tier. Let me be the one who
makes your special day one to remember!
